Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Policy:

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Lone Tree Consultants Pvt Ltd

 

  • Advance payment as per the Tour chosen should be made with a scanned copy of clear front and back – Passport (International Travel) / Aadhar Card (For Indians Only) and Pan Card (For Indians Only) for accounts purpose for International / Domestic booking to be made.
  • Balance payment should be made as per the confirmation letter / mail provided with payment breakups and time duration for each payment. Full and final payment should be made to release the travel documents from the accounts team.
  • Booking at the last moment before the start date of the travel, full amount needs to be paid to proceed with the booking formalities.
  • For Air tickets / Train / Bus bookings, full payment should be transferred to our company account.

Upon confirmation of the booking, cancellation policy will be applicable.

Mode of Payment:

  • Advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank or through Debit / Credit and QR code.
  • For Online payment through Debit / Credit and QR code on request, details or payment link will be shared by the accounts team.

Passport:

  • Valid passport in good condition with minimum 6 months validity from the date of return to home country.

Visa:

  • Valid visa / ETA / PAR should be taken before travel except for countries that has visa-on-arrival.
  • Once submitted, the visa application fee is non-refundable. The decision regarding visa approval rests solely with the consular authorities.

Insurance:

  • Travel Insurance is recommended while doing international travel, covering minimum the stay duration for medical and baggage lost during your travel.

Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

    • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
    • 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
    • 20 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
    • 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
    • 10 days prior 100% cancelation / non-refundable

Refund Policy:

  • Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Saturday, Sunday or on any public local holidays.  Any cancellation sent on after Friday will be considered on next working day (possibly Monday).
  • For the Christmas and New Year’s period from 15 Dec to 15 Jan, the payment is non-refundable.
  • For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, activities etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
  • Air ticket and Visa charges is non-refundable.

Wildlife Safaris cancellation:

  • All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even date change requests will be considered as cancellation, and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
