CANCELLATION POLICY
- Advance payment is non-refundable upon cancellation.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 to 1 days before the tour.
- Lone Tree will refund the paid amount after deducting the bank transfer charges in case the batches are not filled with the expected no. of participants. (Minimum batch size is 10 adults)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All sightseeing mentioned is subjected to weather conditions, political affairs & traffic conditions of the area.
- Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions is non-refundable and it cannot be carried forward to the next day.
- Due to any unforeseen happening, and for suitable operational conditions, at the time of actual traveling, the itinerary could be altered, changed or removed.
- All such rights are reserved with the operating company. There will be no refund for unutilized service in part or in full, whatever may be the reason.
- Lone Tree reserves the right to cancel any participant’s slot.
- Any participant who is found to be participating in any illegal activity, he or she shall be terminated from the tour immediately without any compensation.
- All participants must oblige to the Tour Leader’s direction at all times during the tour.
- Tour leader or operating company reserves the right to set weight limits for specific adventure activities.
- All local laws must be respected and followed during the duration of the tour
IMPORTANT NOTE
OUR ITINERARIES ARE ADVENTUROUS AND MAYBE PHYSICALLY CHALLENGING FOR SOME TRAVELERS WHO ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH HIKING, TREKKING OR SWIMMING OR THOSE WHO MIGHT HAVE EXISTING ILLNESSES. PLEASE DO INFORM US OF ANY EXISTING ILLNESS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE BEFORE BOOKING THIS ITINERARY. BY BOOKING THIS ITINERARY, YOU AGREE TO TAKE PART IN THE ADVENTUROUS ITINERARY THAT MAY BE DANGEROUS AT TIMES AND THAT YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF YOUR OWN MENTAL AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES. IT IS MANDATORY TO FILL IN YOUR DETAILS AND SIGN THE WAIVER FORM BEFORE THE START OF ANY ADVENTUROUS TOUR.
